Tracy June LoTemple
Senior Vice Commander
Tracy LoTemple is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran who served from 1996 to 2000. Top graduate of Lithographer “A” School at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, she went on to serve in Tokyo, Japan, where she achieved the rank of Petty Officer Third Class.
Today, Tracy serves as the Director of Programs at Compeer Rochester, where she leads youth and adult mental health programs as well as peer support initiatives for Veterans. Her deep commitment to service extends into the community through a wide array of leadership roles. She is the Vice Commander of the Veterans Memorial Council of Rochester and Monroe County, Co-Chair of the Finger Lakes Veterans Advocacy Council, 1st Junior Vice Commander of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 15, an associate member of Blue Star Mothers Chapter 8, member of AMVETS Post 332 and Cadre for the 209th Western Region Corps of Cadets.
Tracy's impact has been recognized both locally and statewide. She was inducted into the New York State Senate Veterans Hall of Fame in 2021 by Senator Samra Brouk and was named runner-up in WROC News 8’s “Remarkable Women of Rochester” in 2024. She is also a founding member of Military Armed Forces Females Inspiring Action (MAFFIA), an organization created in 2024 to uplift, support, and highlight the successes and challenges of Women Veterans in her community. With unwavering passion and dedication, Tracy continues to be a powerful voice for mental health awareness, peer support, and Veteran advocacy; particularly for Women Veterans whose stories have too often gone unheard.
Chuck Macaluso
Chief Operating Officer
Served three years in the USMC (1967-69) with duty stations in the Mediterranean, Vietnam, Philippine Islands Camp Lejeune and Camp Pendleton, CA.

Served in Vietnam 1967-68 with E/2/26, 5th. Marine Division, at Phu Bai and Khe Sanh. Sent to Subic Bay, Philippine Islands, after third Purple Heart as brig guard.

Graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology obtaining an A.A.S. Degree in Electronics. Retired from Eastman Kodak after thirty- seven years as a Process Control/Computer Systems Technician. I am a certified instructor for the Department of Environmental Conservation and teach Hunter Safety for students wishing to obtain a hunting license. I am currently a Life Member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Marine Corps League, Order of the Purple Heart, American Legion and a member of The Khe Sanh Veterans. As of January, I joined the Boy Scouts of America to become a Merit Badge Counselor Teaching Electricity and Electronics Merit Badges.

I have been an active member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 20, for forty-one years, member of the Marching Unit for the same assisting the Commander of the Unit when needed. I have served on the Board of Directors for thirty-three years, Nominating Committee for thirty-six holding the position of committee chair for past thirty-three years. Founder the “Veterans Walk” at Highland Park which was dedicated to the Community August 14, 2004. I commanded the Chapter20 Honor Guard for twelve years.

I have been President of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial of Greater Rochester for the last fifteen years and Board Member for past twenty-six.

Worked on the War On Terror Committee to develop a memorial to honor all veterans KIA since the Vietnam War.
